Refill Policies
 
THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO OUR ON-LINE REFILL SYSTEM.
 
PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.

Acceptance of Your Refill Request
All refill requests are accepted subject to verification. Any prescription that has no refills remaining may be delayed subject to our ability to contact the prescriber for additional refill instructions. We reserve the right to delay or reject your on-line refill submission if you do not have sufficient insurance coverage or if your payment information is not on file or out of date.

Payment Requirements
For delivery orders, your credit card information must be on file at the store in order for us to process your refill. In the event that we do not have this information, we will attempt to contact you by email or by phone.

Information You Provide
Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your email address to confirm this refill request and for other purposes related to this request. We will never knowingly sell, distribute or allow the personal information you provide to be used by any other parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

The information we request in the on-line submission form is transmitted via email to the store you select on the form. We require your email address, phone number and zip code so that we can:
  • Confirm that your submission was successfully transmitted
  • Use your information to verify the validity of the "Rx Number" you provide
  • To contact you to confirm other information we may need to accurately complete your refill request such as your address and prescriber information.
  • To contact you to update your insurance coverage, credit card information and delivery method.

Refill Cutoff Times
Pickup:
Refills submitted within 2 hours of closing will be available for pickup on the same day, usually within 1 hour of the time we receive your request.

Delivery Service: (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan or The Bronx only)
Refills received by 4:00PM will be delivered on the next business day. Refills received after 4:00PM will be delivered on the second business day.

FedEx Service: (Staten Island and outside of NYC)
Refills received by 4:00PM will be shipped via ground on the same day. Refills received after 4:00PM will be shipped on the following business day.

Overnight service is available at an additional charge. Please contact the store at 212-348-8900 for delivery rates.
